Vista Point Along Highway 93

So we decided to skip a day from partying and gambling in Vegas and do the iconic drive to The Grand Canyon and back... in the same day. After reading multiple forums on TripAdvisor we came to the decision that it was 100% possible if we planned ahead. We mapped out our route and planned the stops we wanted along the way which included Hoover Dam, an old town called Kingman and a drive along famous Route 66.

San Francisco Like a Local (Part 1)

Twin Peaks
San Francisco… famous for many things including it's year round fog, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, steep hilly landscape and cable cars! Yes we saw all of these cool things, but beyond all of the touristy stuff lies much much more to this colourful city.

2 Days in Yosemite National Park (Part 1)

Riding around the Valley Floor
Our first day exploring Yosemite National Park started out early with coffee and bagels. We were both excited and nervous to see the place, wondering if it would live up to our high expectations... (it did) We stopped by the mart on our way into the park to get lunch supplies and snacks. Then we got driving and made our way into the park. Did you know that Yosemite National Park is over 3,000km squared? It also has 21 enchanting waterfalls, amazing meadows and valleys, glacier mountains and some wonderful lakes!
